Each garment is carefully crafted, emphasizing artisanal processes and thoughtful design. Therefore, we ask that you read our policies carefully before making your purchase.

We accept exchanges for size or style within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. The garment must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, washing, or alterations, and with tags and original packaging. We do not accept returns. Shipping costs for exchanges, returns, or adjustments are the customer's responsibility.

If the garment you received has a manufacturing defect or is due to an error on our part, you can request a replacement free of charge. It is essential to report it within the first two calendar days after receiving the order, sending photos and details to abl.estudio.contact@gmail.com. Claims will not be accepted after this period.

Custom-made garments cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are specially tailored for each customer. The customer is responsible for providing their correct measurements. Important: If measurements are not sent to abl.estudio.contact@gmail.com within one hour of purchase, they will not be considered. In this case, a standard size or available measurements will be used. If measurements are sent after the deadline, there is no guarantee that they will be suitable for the garment.

Items purchased at a discount, clearance sale, or promotion are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Likewise, personalized or limited-edition/interchanged garments or accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
