Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at abl.estudio.contact@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: ABL apartment 10 Avenida Parte Aguas 700, San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon, Mexico 66266
To ensure that your return request is complete, please include the following details:
- Your full name and contact information
- The order number
- A description of the problem/ the reason for the return
- If relevant, please provide clear images of any damage or defects
- Indicate whether you are seeing store credit, an exchange, or a refund
Upon receipt of your request, we shall conduct a review. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return shipment. ABL Estudio is not responsible for any damages or losses of the returned item in transit.
Refund requests are only accepted within a week from the date of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is a manufacturing fault with a made-to-order product, we ask that you inform us within a 48-hour period from the delivery date.
It is not the responsibility of ABL Estudio if a parcel is lost, damaged, or stolen during the delivery process. We kindly remind our customers to ensure that their chosen delivery address is safe and secure.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept the returns of certain types of orders such as made-to-order garments.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns for items purchased on sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day Cooling Off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
